Junior Graphic Designer

Turbolab is seeking an entry level Graphic Designer who is passionate about data, is full of ideas, and can thrive in a start-up environment. As a hands-on designer, you will bring a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the position. This role requires effective design skills for a wide range of marketing content  including digital campaigns (emails, site assets, web pages, digital advertising and social media).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of digital assets like websites, social media graphics, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize design software and tools effectively (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
• Create In-house graphics needs for other products/ departments
• A flexible & proactive approach, as well as being open to feedback when working with a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
